Salmorejo Cordobés
A refreshing, thick, and creamy cold tomato soup originating from Cordoba, a jewel of Andalusia. Paella Mixta
Our signature Paella Mixta is a celebration of the diverse flavours of Andalusia, blending the best of land and sea. Cooked to perfection in a wide, shallow pan, the bomba rice absorbs a rich broth infused with saffron, vegetables, tender pieces of chicken, and a selection of fresh seafood including mussels, prawns, and squid.
